I had to move due to personal reasons to Tempe and miss Genoa Lakes. It was a great place to live and needless to say, to share with friends as it is so charming with the nice redbrick clubhouse and the lake. I did have some issues with a neighbor being loud but it happened everywhere. Other than that, the community was great and the manager and her assistants were always super nice and helpful.
