I was stopped by someone and asked to go online and rate my complex. I was taken aback. I didn't know this person but I wanted to know what he was talking about. After reading the comments and the sub-comments, I decided that every able body should comment on this site that lives here. I think very few of the complaints have validity, however, some of the complaints can't be fixed by the owner or the leasing agents. They need to be handled by the police. Every community has vandilism. To say that we are exclusive to vandals and thieft is very ignorant. I have been here for almost four years. The last office management tried to have a community watch. It was a nightmare. The current leasing agents are all very professional. You probably think I am an agent or that I work here but I don't.
The staff are always so nice and helpful. I have two teenageers that frequent the office for dvd's and cookies all the time. The staff are so patient. I have had my share of frustrations in the past with maintenance issues. But every issue I had was delt with professionally and quickly. I appreciate the deversity of families that live here. I am remarried and have three children with two children living with me. The staff has been so patient with my children. When they couldn't find a pool key one of the gals let them in with our babysitter. When my daughter forgot her house key they reassured her and sat her down until her brother got there. I work and so this is important. I could go on with more instances but I think I am getting accross as to how much these people care.
I appreciate the maintenance people for not giving up on my airconditioning problem and my heating problem last year. After carefully looking at my AC unit two years ago we got a new unit. We have saved so much on utilities. Last winter our heater went out. The offic staff provided us with several space units. We were all warm in no time. One of the ladies went to the store after hours just to provide this. I am so grateful to have found this site. This complex is a great place to live. Some of the comments made I think are a little on the predjudice side. If you are that kind of person we don't want you here anyways. When you live this close to your neighbor you need to embrace diversity.
