Genoa Lakes is 1,000 times better than my last apartment complex! They actually care and listen when I have an issue or need something for my apt-I put in a work order and they came the same day! I usually had to wait awhile where I lived before. I think the location is perfect and have not had any problems with neighbors. I would recommend Genoa Lakes to anyone who wants a nice apt for a great price.
