We have enjoyed our time here at Genoa Lakes. The staff promptly and professionally takes care of any issues or concerns that you may have. Any time we have submitted a ticket for maintenance to come, they respond within 24hrs and normally all issues are resolved that day. Their apartments are very affordable for what they offer. We made a pretty extensive search, and by what we were able to find, Genoa lakes gave the most square footage, best area, and nicest apartment for our money. We renewed our lease for another term.
