Genoa Lakes formerly La Valencia Apartments
< Prev Review | >
My unbiased review of Genoa Lakes Apartments is below. Unlike many of the previous positive reviews on this website, I was given no cash incentive or rent deduction to write this.
This place was ok when I first moved in. Unfortunately, I think the rent special they advertise is bringing in some ghetto people. For starters, I feel unsafe walking to and from my car at night. There are often shady characters hanging around in the parking lot who make rude or disgusting comments. Being a female, this is a little unsettling.
As of recently, some ghetto loud mouths have moved in across the ghetto duck pond. I have the pleasure of listening to them scream at each other constantly. As a matter of fact, I'm listening to them swear at each other right now. They provided me with the inspiration to write this great review. Thanks!
I mentioned the ghetto duck pond previously, but I think it deserves it's own special paragraph. Sure, the ducks are cute. But this "lake" is pretty hideous. To top it off, they charge you extra if you want a view of this over-sized mud puddle.
Last but not least, the interior of the apartment. A lot of things have broke, and I have only been here for three months. Fortunately, maintenance fixes things quickly and are very friendly and professional. My biggest problem with my apartment is that it smells. Really ------- bad. I think the previous tenant had 20 cats that urinated on the carpet on a daily basis. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
