I moved into Island Palms in June 2009, The day I came in a signed my lease, the Manager was yelling at the assistant manager. I thought that was very un-professional. My apartment wasn't very clean after I paid $200 deposit. When had the toilet over flow, I called the emergency maintanice they finally called me back after 4 hrs later (still no help)I called a plumber I had out of state guests. I called the office they acted like I was lying. I had to show them my reciecpt. When I have packages deleriverd to me, they call me days later, or I have to call them to see if I have anything waiting for me. When my lease is up, I'm out of here. I think I can get alot more for the money, and not have to worry about fixing things myself, and then have my rent credtied back to me. I would NOT miss this palce.
