I didn?t actually live here, but looked at the property, so wanted to give people at least some info if they are apartment shopping in this area.



This is an apt complex that?s currently being converted into condos. They have a sales office for the condos and a separate rental office if you?re looking to rent. The rental office staff was the most professional I encountered while apt shopping.



The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful, with interesting floor plans. They are offering leases as short as three months, but since they are slowly converting units to condos, you could be asked to vacate when your lease expires. This won?t be the place to move to if you want to stay in the same place for a long time.



The best units are in the central part of the complex, and these were the first to be converted to condos. The rental units are along the outside of the property, closer to parking. That?s the only problem I found with this place, since every apartment available to rent had bedroom windows that were way to close to parking spaces. One bedroom window was literally 5 feet away from a parking space. With car doors slamming and engines starting early in the morning, I knew I couldn?t live with that for very long.



At any rate, this place deserves a look if you?re short-term oriented. It was probably the most attractive property I looked at, and the price is right.

I just moved into the complex and I absolutely LOVE IT! The property is HOA managed but the condo purchase/rental lease is not. So we get the same rules and regulations of the Home Owners Association on the property meaning all of the OUTSIDE of the condo. Video/audio surveillance 24/7 on all parking spaces, walking areas, and walkways to everyone's doors to their homes. I feel so safe here. There are staff walkign around all day making sure everything is in order so if you need anything at all, rest assure you will run into one sooner or later. Pools are fabulously clean and clear, grass and landscaping is maintained daily and looks beautiful. Residents are VERY GOOD at picking up after their pets. NICEST PEOPLE on the planet live in here. I absolutely love my neighbors. Now that all the units are fully converted into condos the leases are available for much longer. In fact, most of them are lease to OWN!! I am really excited about building my home here. It is quiet at all times except during the lunch hours because the elementary school kids at the school next door are all at recess. I do not mind it at all. Hearing small kids at play, laughing and talking is nice. It reminds me of when I was younger and played at recess, which brings me great joy. I appreciate your insight even though you are not a resident. It is nice to know that you would be here yourself. I strongly encourage people to look at this place.
