I lived here for one year, and that was one year too long. Maintainence was very poor- not only did they take weeks to respond to a request, but they never fixed it the first time- and that is only if the office staff gave them the request. I had several items that were never repaired the entire time I lived there- even after several requests. I couldn't even use my dishwasher because it smelled so bad. Also, management tried to charge me for many problems on my move-out that were already there and listed on my check list. My neighbors were obnoxiously noisy, and crime was high. I couldn't have been happier when my lease ended.
