Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
On first moving in, they give you a check list and you write down everything you see wrong, well they returned that back to me saying I was wrong' and crossed it all off' Ok! Then, after months of living here - THEY give you a notice on your door for EATING! but when you have a noise complaint, they do nothing! The apartment complex is TERRIBLY noisy and they could care less. Infact, when they went to tell the neighbor to quiet down... I over heard the guy saying, WELL i dont see anything wrong with what you are doing, but I have to respond!' grr... When I needed anything fixed, it took forever for them to come, and when they did, they half assed it, and said they would come back with the parts and never DID! The Ice maker makes ice, but it has peices of BUGS in it, and one time I even found a screw' and the dish washer... Oh my goodness, that doesnt even WORK! Leaves food all over, and it stinks horribly.
