Great place to live

I just recently moved out of Lemon and Pear Tree. I thought that the place was run very professionally and I also received all of my security deposit back. The apartments are spacious and the place was quiet, especially considering the location. I had very few maintenace requests, but the ones that I had were handled efficiently. I would definitely recommend this place and cannot understand these derogatory ratings that people have sent in.
