this apartment is large and spacious and very affordable, which is why we decided to move in. as soon as we signed the lease, the trouble began. the apartment was filthy and reeked terribly of cigarrete smoke. we had problems with bees and ants. no matter how clean i kept the place (i am a neat freak) there were still ants everywhere. my ac unit was so loud i couldn't hear if i was on the phone. maintenance responded quickly, but didn't even attempt to fix the problem like for instance when we moved in the toilet in the hall bath ran constantly and they came out 3 times and never fixed it. the walls are paper thin and you can hear casual conversations from the apartment next door. overall it is a terrible place to live and i'm so glad to be out.
