Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived at Lemon for a year and moved only because the location was no longer convenient for me. I rarely remembered I had neighbors, any work orders I had were promptly taken care of, and staff was helpful/professional/courteous. Would've stayed if I could. Only problems was washer was in dire need of replacement and they LOVE repainting things. When I moved in paint was so thick it never really dried and thus some dishes would stick to cabinets, I kept everything clean but when I moved out they repainted everything again!
