Having lived there for nearly 2 years and some day, I've learned a few things about these apartments. The AC will never work and always is repaired with a temporary fix, so it will go out every months. The water heater doesn't heat the water. The parking is horrible. The staff at the office isn't very friendly. Security pretends to be security...what they secure who knows.... Yes, you have washing machine in the unit but it doesn't know how to give hot or cold water. The doors on the closets don't fit quite right.
You would do better to find a different place to live then this place.
