staff is great, friendly, and helpful. Willing to work with you on issues that may arrise. Upkeep of the building and grounds is terrific. Location is good for the most part. The ONLY problem I ever had living at Lindsay Palms was theft. 3 separate occasions, over $2000 worth of personal property taken from 2 different vehicles. I've heard similar complaints from neighbors. Car alarms or not. The staff does as much as they can for you, but without a gate and constant security guard, what more can you expect'
