Lindsay Palms

 

This apartment complex is great! The office staff are very friendly, knowledgable, and professional.

The only employee we didn't like was the "housekeeper" aka the pool ----.

The mainenance is excellent.

Call in with a problem, and it will be fixed the same day, the right way.

In fact, if you have any problems, the staff will do whatever they can to insure your issue is resolved asap.
The one thing that we didn't like was the parking lot security.

Somebody stole a wheel off our car (yes the whole thing) and dropped it on the axel.

This also happened to several other people.

The office staff couldn't do much in that area, and the police just wouldn't do anything but take our report.

Other people have had their cars broken into (and wheels stolen) as well.

However, Mesa is a huge city and bad things are bound to happen, even in a place like Lindsay Palms.

However on the same note, parking is assigned so you don't have to worry about walking 3 miles from your car to your apartment.

So, that's a good thing.
We thought that rent was a little steep, or that the apartments weren't worth it, but that's just us.

Lindsay Palms is one of the cheaper rent complexes in Mesa.

To be honest, if you find a place with cheaper rent, you'll get a cheaper/run-down complex! We looked at several different ones online, and we are so thankful that we chose Lindsay Palms after we drove around and looked at the other apartments that were available!!!
Location of the apartments, I couldn't ask for anything better! There is a Fry's Grocery right across the street, along with Subway, Taco Bell, WhattaBurger, Hollywood Video, Walgreens, and the Post Office, among numerous other stores.

There's also a Safeway just about 2 miles from the complex.

Plus there are 2 ginormic shopping malls w/in 10 miles of the complex.

There is everything and anything to do, and if you choose Lindsay Palms, you'll be right in the middle of it all!!
Overall, I highly recommend Lindsay Palms.

It is a superb complex that has the best office staff!
