The post that claim that this place is a "good" place are posts from the staff. Don't believe anything that you read about Lindsay Palms. The staff WILL NOT work with you on any problem. Courtsey Patrol isn't qualified to deal with ANY problem in the community. The Mesa Police are here on a regular basis. Management and staff are slow and underqualified. When confronted with real concerns managment passes the buck and never gets back too you. They are only good at dealing with first time renters who have now expectations. So if you know what you want in an apartment and managment. This place isn't for you.
