The good news: You can't hear your neighbors. The bad news: You can't hear your neighbors because the traffic from Broadway heading toward and away from the 60 echoes throughout the entire complex 24 hours a day. Sleep deprivation or ear infections due to overuse of earplugs.. the choice is yours to make. For the price of rent, one should think the owners wouldn't have cut costs by not sound-proofing the structures, even minimally. But alas, the fruits of Capitalism: grudge-screw the consumer!
Save your money, and buy a home. A thousand dollars a month is the equivalent of a monthly payment after a 10% down payment at a 6.5% fixed interest rate over 30 years on a $200,000 home, in "the high country" (Flagstaff). The Phoenix-Metro area is over-populated, to say the very least, and wicked over-priced on nigh everything. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

The guy's right. If anyone is considering Lindsay Palms, I'd suggest they ask the management which apartment they will be occupying. If it's an apartment backing Lindsay Road, deny it. Of course, some like car noise...
