Not impressed...

I know there is some confusion over the management here, but I'll lay it out there. The old managers, Becky and Scott, from PB Bell were quite friendly and got to know their residents well. We were not given any notice that new management was coming in save for a small sign on the main office door which I didn't see until the last minute anyway. Some of the new staff was friendly, except there was a huge misunderstanding with a check for which I never received an apology. And the management company, Property Growth Fund, has yet to refund our security deposit. Also, the maintenance guy tried to enter our apartment w/o knocking (which turned out to be the wrong apartment anyway). The apartment size was quite nice and the appliances were fairly new, but it ended there. There were roaches, the pool was often dirty and the dumpsters were often overflowing. And my favorite was the teenagers loitering in the parking lot, combined with the pet crap lining the walkways (which I should admit that new mgmt tried to remedy) But for the price, not worth the hassle in my honest opinion.
