I think the staff is really nice and the turnaround for maintenence is fast. the property is well maintained and managed well. It is nice to have friendly people with smiling faces. I will definately renew my lease, but probably downsize.

wow! i think it is very funny that everytime there is a bad review on here there is always someone to come back with a "good" response. kinda sounds like maybe the managers for this apartment complex are leaving there own messages. my thought is if you are sooo happy with this place why would you go so far as being anonymous? and as far as the pool goes does anyone else catch the whole " the pool is NOW clear as an be"? maybe this is because there have been so many complaints about it they are starting to get the idea.
