I have lived in Madera Point for about a year now. New mgt took over about 3 months ago and it's been a mess. The old mgt team was very nice and cared about our concerns, the maintence guys were the BEST!! I would have stayed there if those guys were still there but the new maintence guys don't speak english and are inexperienced. We are not renewing our lease because of the new mgt.

To add on when we needed to show proof of rental with them at our new place they took 2 weeks to fx it back. They were rude not only to us but also the other apartment complex. They stated that they would get to it when they could and it was not their top priority....
