Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
We just moved out in June. We were at Madera Point for all of 19 days. We moved in and they had no washer for us, as they promised.....and it took many days to get one. The "couple above us had wild sex that squeaked through the ceilings several times a day. It was awful....especially for our son who asked quite a few questions.
When we moved out after 19 days, gave our written notice....they STILL charged us over $1500 for staying there for 19 days! On several occasions I have tried to call there, and they don't answer their phone.
They are thieves of your money....
