| 05/18/2012 | One day, I saw a beautiful full-color ad in the Phoenix Sunday Arizona Republic. Wow, I thought, if it's only half as good as it looks, this would be quite a place to live. Well folks, it is exactly as pictured and exactly as advertised. In fact, it is even better than advertised because there are more significant "goodies" than were actually mentioned in the ad!
