I have been here since the middle of July and would have to say that I see only progress happening . The parking area is well lit and you get to park wherever since the parking is not assigned. Pools are locked up at night but are very nice and blue. Maintenance personnel are very friendly and always say hello and are polite . The trash that people dump all over is picked up daily and everyone seems to be liking the improvements overall. Im sure the new management company is doing all they can to turn this place around.

Consindering you are the maintenance person and your wife is mananger of course you would say such things. However, the pools are NOT locked at night and the walk through gates seem to be now missing there locks. Did you get tired of chaining them up just to have people jump the fence? Maiking them a fire hazzard by the way...Do you know that there is an access code on the post next to the gate entrance? And if this is such a good place to live then why are people leaving at break neck speeds? The place is mostly empty now... I hear CAM is about to be fired from here because instead of increasing revenue they actually have sent it spiraling downward. But hey, thats just what I hear... If in fact this is such a wonderful place you got to ask yourself why then is it at least 50% empty. Maybe you have recieved only one complaint (BUT I doubt that, maybe just on here but even that isn't true is it?) Because you said today that you were so tired of all the complaints regarding this place and the people who "whine" about things that need to be done..I guess you got more than that or people would still be here. My neighbor who lives upstairs complains all the time (actually BOTH my upstairs neighbors complain). But if you think your doing a great job well then go ahead and think that. And by the way when you have the pager it is your JOB to ANSWER the pages (even the ones at 2 or 3 in the morning). Yours is NOT a 9 to 5 job... If you want a 9 to 5 job may I suggest a job change. And for all the lies you have spewed I got to admit that you are pretty sneaky in that the other person who wrote and had her post removed probably did not know who you were because if it were me I would have notified Fair Housing along with the Attorney Generals office and personally sued you and your wife for slander. But I guess your a big man and thats how you talk under the guise of annonimity. But as someone who has read this wed site for the last 4 years I kind of now who you are...

That whole post is an attempt to stab someone in the back which is full of lies and slander. If I were in your shoes I would be unhappy too. Sandy , you have a real issue with your life I suggest getting up and trying to become a better person instead of making everyone else as unhappy as you. If I was you I would maybe try to exercise a little more, stop smoking and sitting on your butt all day blaming it on a knee injury . I am sorry that you are a very depressed person with no sort of significant other that you can love or be with. It must be hard taking care of your mother and becoming a shut-in with no chance of ever being happy , but if you quit with the lies and bs then you might even create happiness in your sad life that will never get better by being the way you are. Im glad I am not in your shoes .

you who never has the nerve to sign your name to anything....I know who you are and the I also know the venom that comes out of your mouth.... Well as you can see by the above response the staff and management (and since he is the maintenance person he does represent Consolidated)of Montego Villa's degrades people EVEN though they have no idea who they are they assume (and we all know what happens when we asume)they are someone else. Whiskers1 is not named Sandy but I am the person they are writing about. But I am not afraid to say who I am. And taking care of my mother is not a chore but a joy. WE are not shut-in nor are we homebound. We travel extensively. Been most everywhere!! And though I don't need a man in my life I do have one. Trust me I am loved and share my love quite nicely. And I do not have the power to control how miserable someone else really is.So you must be miserable on your own. And though I may need Jenny you need a lot more than I will EVER need. I just hope that when your old and unable to walk or bend or breathe that your children will want to help you out and not send you to a nursing home. But then again we are usually treated in life the way we treated others so maybe they will have nothing to do with you. And you will be trapped in a body that doesn't work and DISABLED and you will be all alone. Won't that be a laugh. Then you will understand how the disabled feel when you riddicule them and slander them. Someday all your degrading will come back to haunt you.. Because one day you will be disabled and someone will make fun of you.. And when they do I hope that you recalll how you treated others.. You are a COWARD and a CHICKEN... I have always been happy BUT I am even happier now that I am out of Montego Villa's and away from the games that the management company (CAM) who now runs Montego dishes out.. This is in fact how Montego Villa's operates so please do your homework before moving here. RENTER BEWARE!!!!
