It is very very clear that unless someone writes a totally positve opinion that someone from within the Montego Villa staff will respond to the posts that are made. They will do or say anything about the property including negative and demeaning responses even though they probably pay no rent and have been here less than 3 months, counter reacting those who have been here for many years and who truly know what the property is like. I would also guess that they never even heard of this website and none of the staff would be making statements except that the Apartment Ratings website does notify the complex that there has been activity. I think that the person writing on behalf of Montego Villa's needs to be reminded that he represents Montego Villa's owner and the company he works for. Why can't he acknowledge there is rusted furniture at the pool or that there are quite a few breezeway lights out along with several security lights that flicker on and off.. Instead of making it sound like the most wonderful place on earth when the fact is vechiles have been broken into and that there is crime there are quite a few drug addicts on the property and the place does need some drastic changes(after all it is a very poorly constructed older complex) and fixtures though some work many don't. Yes the parking lot lights work and yes the pool may very well NOW be clean but it wasn't clean the end of July and the begining of Aug. It was quite green and dirty (so why don't you admit to that') And why must he be so abrasive and condesending of those who have made posts' Condesending to the point that several post writers asked to have their opinions removed because of the rauchy negativeness of his remarks. That were very degrading and uncalled for. I know why... He has no respect or understanding of another person. As an example why was the person who wrote about locking himself out of the house called a liar' Wheather the man lost his keys, locked them in his car or even if his wife and him got into a fight and she locked the door and left the point is he was "locked out" of his home and he did call the emergency pager number many times. Why doesn't this person respond to why the page was not returned and why the man had to climb up to his apartment instead of calling the man a liar' After all it was your company who was the management here at the time of the incident was it not' (July 4th weekend) This young man who keeps writing negative and degrading responses needs to show respect to people and stop the negative responses. I will not sign my name not beacuse I am a liar but because I have seen what you have written about others who disagree with your point of view and you will not do the same to me. However, I do think that this place is no longer as respectful a complex as it once was and if you represent your company then I will not renew my lease with your company. Because you don't know how to show respect to the people you are taking care of. Sure you might say all the right nice words to their faces but behind their back you speak with a forked tonuge. I have seen that clearly by the way you speak about other people. Someday you will find yourself in a position of great need and help and I pray that you are treated better than the way that you truly treat and speak about people when noone is looking and watching you. Because what is in your heart is pure posionous venom it comes across quite loud and clear. Have a great day and remember that there are people watching and listening to your actions not what you speak while looking at them. Those people will also include your children if you have any...

I have been here since July 25th . Prior to July 25th I have no idea of what happened here. I received the emergency pager on or about July 31st. When the pool was green it was because it had been neglected and since I have been here it has not been green. If the furniture is rusted out , how is that anyone elses fault but the tenants who throw it in. You residents are the ones responsible for the way things are here(i.e. garbage dumped out of your cars, leaving gates open for anyone to come in and vandalize the place , throwing furniture into the pool). Since the day I received the emergency pager, I have responded to every single page I have received , even at 2 or 3 am. The place could improve if YOU, THE RESIDENTS help make this place better. I have had only 1 complaint compared to 20 or so compliments about the improvements here. If you have an issue, feel free to let someone know . Dont try to blame the management company, blame your selves and your neighbors for the problems. We dont cause the problems, we try to fix them. Instead of trying to point fingers , try picking up the bit of garbage you pass walking the grounds, report to the office or the maintenance staff about lights out or things that you may be concerned about. Actually pick up after your pet. I welcome comments or suggestions from residents and I am only trying to make OUR home better . I suggest you try to do the same. How about we arrange a monthly meeting for residents to voice their opinions or suggestions ? We could have it out by the pool and have a BBQ and maybe you can see how hard we are trying to get this place in order. All You have to do is SPEAK UP . Dont wait till you move out then talk down about the place. Communication is the easiest way to make things better. Trust me I listen .

You say you know how to listen and show respect. Then show you know how to respect others. Stop your degrading comments and below the belt CHEAP shots about peoples disablities (and since you know NOTHING about who I really am and what kind of injuries I REALLY have you really need to chill out on making fun of someone who is handicapped.) would be a great way to prove it. I already know who you are so why don't you let the others know who you are and that as whiskers1 has stated that you are in fact part of the Consolidated Assets Management team. BE HONEST and sign your name instead of hiding behind some type of below the belt slanderous username... That would be a start in showing you are respective and you care.. REAL MEN who have nothing to hide sign there name they are not COWARDS. What is it you are hiding???
