I guess in fact that whoever wrote that post BEWARE was right. Montego has gone condo. Sounds like she knew what she was talking about even though the staff trashed her. WOW... I have to move at the end of my 3 month lease because they went condo. I should have listened to what that person wrote... What a shame.... And though they fixed and upgraded everything it was only so they could go condo. I am totally like disgusted with the whole thing... And the sad part is they won't sell these things at all... They are doing away with the middle class in America.. It is so hard to find an apartment here in Mesa. Most of the affordable ones have gone condo just like this place. I guess I will have to rent a house that I can not afford.
