I have lived at many apartments and Monterey Point has been the best place for the money. Living in luxuary and having a staff that cares for pennies is a great value in my book! The apartments are very spacious and best thing they have a full size washer and dryer! The staff always trys to fix my problems ASAP. The grounds always look nice and my neighbors are wonderful!!! I have lived here for two years and I am sorry to leave, but I bought a house. I would recommend this place highly!!!
