Looks can be deceiving

Monterey point is a beautiful property. The courtyard looks like a park. It has two pools and three whirlpools, sand volleyball and BBQ ramadas throughout the property. Spacious units,good storage,w/d,fireplace. Appliances are old and noisey. Parking lot not safe. Numerous car breakins and theft. Fitness area in need of good cleaning and equip. in need of repair. Staff seems to care just not enough.
