i have lived at monterey point for about one week. i read the reviews on this website before moving in, and i was a little nervous. it's not a fantastic area, but the grounds are well kept, i am pleased with the lay out of my apartment and the price is right. one of the office associates is very friendly and helpful. my maintenance issues are being addressed appropriately. overall, i am satisfied with the apartment and the property.
