I was a resident here before the property sold.

I just filled out an application after having a friendly 'new' leasing consultant sell me on moving back in.

She told me everything had been improved on...especially the management.

She seemed nice and said "Welcome Back".

I knew what apartment I wanted that from what was available and she told me she would "hold it" for me.

However, she didn't follow policy and they rented that apartment the next day to someone else! Or so they said...all I know is that I was approved (without signing my application, by the way!) and asked to bring in a money order for $99.00.

for that apartment and I did.

Now the apartment is not available and when I went back later that day to pick up my money...the office was closed early and I'm left with them still having my money.

Earlier, while I was dealing with this "drama" on the phone with the staff, they were very rude and passed me around til I got to the "manager" who talked loudly over me like I was a ghetto step-child ...did not offer to correct the mistake they made, and hung up on me...twice!
So while they smile at you at the door, in actuality...they are ready to brow beat you and take your money.
...Meanwhile there are plenty of apartments there that are vacant and a very good "move-in special"....hummm''' And is this manager they have now really an improvement over the last manager'
