Ok so I will take this from the top.
I moved in here the first of the year 2008. Parking is fine, no biggie. Plenty of room.
Noise level is retarded. I have been treated like crap by the upstairs neighbors since day one. They have ZERO respect for anyone around them. The people next door blast their rap music once in a while but it doesn't last. It seems like everyone in the complex has sub woofers in their car and listens to rap. There are homeless people who stroll through here after the office is closed honking their horn on there shopping cart trying to sell junk. As for what the management has done about it.... well they listened and took our complaints all 7 of them in January and and 6 in February. I call this to slow to act. They said they would give the upstairs people a 10 day legal notice, they didn't as I found out later. Now finally they have cracked the whip on these miscreants and are going to try to give them the boot. FINALLY! Way to slow on that one.
The grounds are very nice here. Very well kept and clean, when the people here don't trash the place. There has been a huge amount of garbage around the dumpsters since I moved in here. I have no idea what the story is there.
Saftey, hmmmmm..... well the jury is still out. As long as there is jerks that act like the people upstairs I honestly don't feel safe.
Construction. From what I was told from someone who has been in these parts for a long time. This place was built around 1989. I tend to believe this for the simple reason the the floors are WAY to thin. The walls in this building are pretty good due to the fact I never really hear anyone around me.
Maintenance guys are great. Friendly and helpful. They are very busy so I don't expect them to be right here this second. The fact that they are pleasant enough to talk to you and treat you with respect is enough for me to give them a thumbs up.
The staff in the front office is wonderful and are very kind, and very busy. I try like hell not to bug them but even when they are busy they still take time to listen. Listening to people is something you do not find in Arizona so what they do is great. Security is pretty good. Once again someone that listens and will find a solution or confirm what is going on is a GIANT plus. Another thumbs up.

Overall, this is a good place. Pest control is an issue but I am confident a solution will be found. As long as you don't end up with jerks for neighbors, as in any place. This will be a nice place to live. You are close to down town and the 60,101,and 202 so you can get around the valley quickly.

It is true the office will LISTEN...But do something is very very SLOW.I also agree about the maintence staff......But weeks on weeks to finally fix something ain't happening. You up the rent, because you can make more, but the ones who stay getting NOTHING for it No new carpet, appliances, NOTHING...Maybe you can come up with something with for those who are loyal and stay

I live on the middle floor. One of the tenants downstairs hates us for some reason. My roommate and I are very quiet... we use headphones and tread lightly. The guy downstairs is just an ------- though, I think he is mentally insane. He pounds on the ceiling and yells at us through the floor. This all happening around 2-3am sometimes. On top of this, he has vandalized the property and keyed my roommate's truck. We have spoken to the management no less than 20 times. They ARE very slow to act. The best that they can do for us is let us move to another unit. I have been a tenant for over 3 years. Under the old management the place was quite nice. The problem is that the new management does not care. Part of caring involves properly screening new tenants so that you keep the trash OUT.
