This place is great. I have never lived any apartment complex before that the entire staff is as friendly, helpful and wonderful to deal with in every way as here at Monterey point. If you ever need anything fixed it gets done right away and all of the staff demonstrates their best efforts at making Monterey point a clean, comfortable, safe place for all who live here. My stay here has been the best experience I've ever had with any apartment complex I have lived in. Anyone moving to Mesa this is the place I would reccomend.

This is crap. At the beginning of the paragraph you state that you've never lived in an apt. complex before then at the end of your paragraph you completely admit to having lived in a complex before. Doesn't give credibility to your review.

I'm sorry but there is nothing in what I said that states I have never lived in an apartment complex before. If you read what I did state it says I have never lived in an apartment complex that the entire staff is as friendly, helpful and wonderful as at monterey point. Which has been my genuine experience.
