2ND floor tenant above me is quite loud ( music,tv,stereo etc.
)
waiting to see if management resolves this situation.

Just take it to the manager. They will be happy to solve your issues. When did you talk to them?They are always on top of things, and there are rules about showing and giving respect for your neighbor. Sounds like your neighbor didnot get the memo. Hang in there, the ladies will handle this

It doesn't matter which floor you're on, the buildings are made out of paper! Go ahead, call "management" they'll tell you they're going to take care of it, but actions speak louder than words.

Good luck going to management for any noise issues. I was asked by management exactly what I expected them to do. Great service there guys
