You don't want to move here!!!!! The staff is rude once you sign that lease.

Ask to see your apartment before signing the lease to make sure there aren't major issues b/c they won't fix them.

If they do, it takes forever and generally they have to come out a few times to re-fix the problem.

I have talked to a lot of tenants and they all hate it here and would never recommend this place!

Have you addressed these concerns to the management staff? I believe you jumped the gun on this one... Never seen the office staff "rude" to anyone... I will agree that sometimes your service requests need to fixed again, but overalll Tiffany will do whatever she can to resolve the issue... Try communicating instead of complaining, it will help you...

Honestly the office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Maybe you should try asking them to fix something and then not have them do it and have to ask several times for them to do it. Gotta tell you, they can be very rude and at some points it borders on abusive.

Wow. Communicating has been the problem. We try to communicate and end up having to complain because NOTHING GETS DONE.
