Cheap and easy, to sum it up in 2 words that is. A lot of drugs in this area. Poor neighborhood. Do people who qualify for welfare flock here' By the way, we're on to you Monterey Point office staff for writing these bogus reviews.

I wholeheartdly agree w/ these fake reviews. This place sucks!!! Worse place I've ever lived. If there are some genuine praises, then my opinion is that the ppl who've moved here don't know what "luxury" really means. Homeless ppl coming thru the property on their way to the park. Halfway house across the street. Street vendors hawking their wares on the sidewalk. Very classy.

yeah that is true the place is crawling with -------- when i come from work at night they are in the pools drinking beer and diving off the pool furniture. there are also many -------- selling colored ice from their 3 wheel bikes and they honk theyre horns as they go by, there is alot of dog ---- so my kids cant play on the grass the only luxurious thing about this place is my microwave and even that is a few years old, at night time several times every week there are helicopters with lights shining into the apartments, and there is a park nearby full of homeless people and drugs

i can honestly say i agree with these posting Monterey Point Luxury Condos please these ppl have no clue what that means, this place is a joke a bad one i want out of my lease im sick of the roaches and bugs and the grounds are discussting. This place needs to be inspected all the low life who could careless about their personal things and families can stay here and pretend but im thru and ready to make a formal complaint. The office staff is ridiculous and really they dont care about your families or issues with your home all they want is rent!!!!! a bunch of real -------s if you ask me. I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!!
