Im being completely honest when I say I loved this place when i toured but I cant say that anymore.

This place has been HELL since the beginning I've had so many things go wrong nothing could make it right unless they let me out of lease, I just want to get my family out of here! Theres roaches and I mean huge roaches there are bed bugs YES bed bugs and and the staff was well aware of this problem before i moved in but didnt disclose it to me {Kristen confirmed it) my kids and myself have had to get rid of our furniture they have markings and scar on thier little bodies that will never go away.

So they have tried to address the situation but have failed the problem continues and it's been 1&1/2 months since they've tried to treat the problem but it's a joke it only gets worse! When it comes to your familys health it should'nt be overlooked and i feel that they don't even care.When i call the office to speak with the staff they dont know who iam and by now they should right! I think they just brush everything off like it's no big deal when to me cause it directly effects my family is indeed the biggest deal!! I dont see anything luxurious about trash, dirty sidewalk full of bird poop, dog poop, homeless ppl, parking issues and residents who drink and smoke in the pools.

You would'nt want to move your family in here, I cant wait to move out and it;s only been 6months Please let me out of my lease!!!!!!
