I have to say some people write the dumbest ----. First of all, there are homeless people everywhere and they walk everywhere, get over it! I personally have never seen a homeless person in here so I don't konw what they are talking about. I love it here, i think its great. its very spacious, i have seen 3 small cockroaches the whole time i've been here which lets be honest people, you can live in a brand new home and see more than that, so i have to say thats pretty good. The Maintenence is EXCEPTIONAL in here, they are so incredibly polite and they really care about the tenants, they could easily be your friends and now one is, no joke. My last apartment the air went out and they took 3 days just to come out and push a damn button, and i had a 6 month old baby. Here, you put in a request and they come the same day if not the next. The office staff is friendly, the parking could have more open spaces but all in all i have to say i really like living here and we would sign for another year except my bf has a DUI and we have to pay a bunch of $$ for that. The 2 bedroom apartment is 1040 i mean that is big! big balcony, nice windows, and good Mesa location, i do alot of research when i look for somewhere to live and this place is great in comparison. If you can afford better, then choose better, but for people like me, the price, location and quality this is the best place in central Mesa. Others need to step out of their little negative boxes and take a look at reality. i would absolutely recommend Monterey Point. You can quote me on all of this, cuz its true.

Monterey Point is in a terrible location and far from luxury living. $1040 for a 2 bedroom, what a steal right?? Not hardly! I have a 2 bedroom, 1,000 sq. ft. for less than $800. It's far superior to that hell hole. Reviewers, keep looking...

LOL actually its onlu $700 or even $650 for a 1040 SQUARE FOOT 2 bedroom 2 bath. who the hell would pay $1040 to live anywhere but a house? jeeeez. its 1040 square feet
