You will have a difficult time getting your security deposit refunded to you! I have waited close to 6 weeks & still no money refunded.

Tried contacting the owner in CA & he does not answer & does not return phone calls either.

I called over 25 times! And then they want to charge me TWICE for my Aug.

water bill! The manager is the most phony and inconsiderate person you will ever meet.

OH!! She will be so nice & promise you a wonderful apartment life there......DO NOT BELEIVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT LEASE AN APARTMENT HERE......YOU WILL BE SORRY! I cannot beleive they are still in business!

You are not alone... Our Lease was up at the end of September, we didnt receive our overpayment until mid December... Manager promised to look into it and every time I called, haven't heard. Then finally I was told there were no extra funds in the account to return my money... I was not impressed by service because I was promised my refund within 2 weeks... The water bill during July was over $68... My water bill here in October in a 3 bedroom house with automatic sprinkler system was only 37.21... Did you know they rent the vacant apartments to new clients cheaper than the existing tennants? When My lease was up for renewal, manager could only lower to 787, but the new tennants were being treated to 669 a month... What about trying to keep your current tennants. I am so glad I don't live there anymore.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone unless you like DRAMA, and problems, especially with management...

talking about problems in this place?at first, i thought it is a great place.all green, peaceful and resident friendly. I've been staying here for only more than a month and i haven't slept good and straight 'coz 24/7 i hear loud noise around (neighbor fighting and shouting, cussing breaking windows etc in the middle of the night) above ( stomping, hammering, running, screeching etc.) and below (screaming). i agree with other complainants about the crappy bathrooms (synthetic tiles which is falling apart because it couldn't stand the heat and moisture), cheap tub and clogged drainage and you are even asked not to use "drano" or any bleach and acidic substance.(because the pipes are also cheap plastics not even pvc). the dryers are deafening and screeching and of course the dishwasher doesn't work. worst thing is, the only thing left for me to try and maybe make me happy is the pool.... =( guess what? i almost lost my sight because of the over chlorinated water in the pool and not just that, i got tummy ache for days because the place smells like cat litters all over especially on the pool area. our supposed to be garden is a desert and yes, the management sucks!!!they behave like a banker. they will even threat you on their letters and tell you they will charge you with something you can't even imagine and force you to pay. but, if they know they can't get you with it, they are gonna hit you hard on the utilities because they are not allowed to raise the rent till the end of the contract. the neighborhood is like what you see in the movies "dangerous minds" having pirates all the time roaming around the place and the management is deaf and blind to even say something about it. rent at your own risk...
