Oh, where do I begin' First, from the moment we moved in things were broken (nails in the garbage disposal, running toilet, broken hanging lamp in dining) and after 3 failed attempts by maintenance to fix them we ended up buying parts at Home Depot and doing it ourselves.

Next, the mgmt is awful! They do not enforce the pet rules of picking up after your pet and keeping dogs leashed.

My dog (who was on a leash) was attacked TWICE because people would let their dogs RUN and roam around the complex unleashed.

Dog feces were everywhere on the grounds.

It was disgusting.

My fiancee was bitten by one dog that was loose.

We called several times and mgmt did absolutely nothing and told US to go find them and talk to them ourselves! Next, in some units the tenants have enclosed their patios by using brown or green netting you can buy at Home Depot.

Before we moved in we asked if we could do this since we would be on a first floor apt and we have an iguana we keep in a cage on the patio.

The mgr said no problem as long as we put up cvc piping to attach the netting to instead of nailing it into the wooden patio.

So we spent almost $250 on supplies and my fiancee spent several weekends putting it up.

About a week later we get an eviction notice on our door, stating we are breaking the lease by enclosing the patio!! We called mgmt and they said they are changing the rules and not allowing enclosures anymore.

So we take it down, after spending all that time and money, and a week later one of the office staff who lives on property 2 apartments over puts up her own netting/enclosure! Guess the rules dont apply to them, huh!! From that point on we had kids ON our patio almost every day trying to get to our pet iguana.

I was 9 months pregnant and constantly had to put up with noise, kids knocking our things over, and my dog barking.

I called mgmt who did nothing.

The worst thing was we wanted to rent the clubhouse to have my baby shower.

I went into the office, paid to rent it, and signed the agreement.

The office lady said we could have it from 11-4 and even wrote it down.

Well, the day came and my mom showed up with a car full of food (that needed to be refrigerated).

No one was at the office- it was closed, the clubhouse was locked, and we spent the next TWO AND A HALF hours trying to track down someone who lived on the property to find out what was going on, as the food was going bad (we did not have room for it in our TINY refrigerator).

Our guests showed up and there was NO place to go! Finally we found a maintenance worker who called one of the leasing agents.

This woman got on the phone with my fiancee and proceeded to attack US saying theres no way we would have been promised the clubhouse at 11am because they dont even open then! Well, I had it in writing!! This is what WE were told by THEM! Then it turns out they cant even FIND the key to the clubhouse and had to go to another property to get it.

I was in tears over this and they could not give a crap! It nearly ruined what should have been a special day, our baby shower for our first baby! Finally they got the key and let us in and our guests had to help decorate since we hadnt been able to get in beforehand to do it ourselves.

The next day we talked to the office agent who had originally done the paperwork for me and she apologized and gave me a refund but the damage was done we never got an apology from the snotty woman who accused us of getting the information wrong.

The management here was AWFUL.

We lived here only 3 months and had so many problems with them that we decided to buy out our lease, which was very costly but SO worth it! Oh, I should add that several times a week there were police on the premises due to crime.

One time the constable was driving around with a gun because he had to evict someone.

I definately did not feel safe living here.

This was the WORST place we have ever lived in.

Stay FAR, FAR away!
