Please read the following information produced by an intensive study of this apartment complex.

THERE IS NO MAINTENANCE TURN AROUND TIME.

If you place a request for maintenance there is not time limit in which they need to respond to your issue.

I asked about the issues listed on these previous ratings and the representative refused to comment on the issues listed on this website.

I asked if there was any truth to these postings and I was told that they cannot comment on them.

Also, there has been a report filed against the management from the Phoenix Better Business Bureau regarding the property.

If you look on the City of Mesa police department there is a VERY high ratio of police calls to this complex.

Yet management is never informed of these instances.

(Many other complexes I have spoken with require that a copy of the report is given to them for their records.

When I began to ask about all of the about the member of staff became frustrated and unwilling to help me understand the currently community in their complex.

While this complex does have beautiful floor plans, as you have read from previous reports, they are not well maintained, there is a HIGH VOLUMN OF CRIME ACTIVITY in this complex, and the staff is not friendly.

PLEASE BE ADVISED BEFORE YOU CHOOSE!!!
