I lived at The Moorings several years ago. I only moved out to relocate to Tempe for a job. My husband and I always talked about how much we missed living at The Moorings. We lived at two different apartment communities before we finally moved back again. We are so happy now. Of course we would like to have a house but for the time being this is the best apartment we have ever lived in.
The office staff and maintenance have always been helpful. We are in love with the floorplans and especially the fireplace.
