I lived at the Moorings for a year before I moved back to California, I do agree with the others however about the flood situations, we had two and management really didn't make it a priority to fix them and prevent mold.

Other than that I lived in the front of the community facing the canal, it was really quiet all the time, they also allowed us to have our pit bull there which was nice.

If I ever move back to Arizona I will probably move back to the Moorings
