I beleive customer service is everything, you want to be treated right..
We aaree the cusstomer paaying $750.00 aa month.
Well let me tell you the Manager could caare less about you! She be-littles everyone.
Every time I called the office she always said to her staff tell herr I'll call her back never does.
Afteer numerouss no call backsI go to the office and see througgh the window her sitting on her BUTT.
(like usual) after asking kindly to talk to her about my mold, the flood in my apartment, maint.
never responding, my car being stolen, the poop in the pool etc..
She tells tthe leassing girls to tell me she is busy.
Only spoke once to the lady and man is sshe rude.

will fix your isssues they just might stink up your apartment with smoke or alchol didn't really figure out what it was.

Supervisor did nothing but walk around in circles.
His own guys talked about him.
It was called little maan syndrom.
Police always on site! The only good thing was the size of apartment but if your not treated like a human you got to go!!!!!! If you have no respect for the way your treated this place is for you!
