Not a good experience.

Living at the moorings has not been a good experience.
Service calls were not expedited in a timely manner, customer service is very poor and unfair.
The added amenities such as the hot tubs and excercise room are not maintained.
The hot tub near my apartment has not worked in the past 6 months and the excercise room has been restricted to only those who pay an extra $50 fee.
We were assured that the gate code would be changed every 6 months and there would be a security patrol on duty each night.
The gate code has not changed in the year and a half that I've lived here and the only patrol I have seen is when the local police have been called in to handle some domestic disturbances.
Not saying I have had an unsafe stay here but I did have a motorcycle stolen from the parking lot.
This may have been avoided if things were operating the way they were promised.
As of recently I have been in a bitter dispute with the management over a mishandled rent check,and company policy.
Be cautious if thinkning about moving here and make sure your copy of the lease states everything CLEARLY.
