when i first moved here i loved it, then i saw it for what it really was. the girls in the office were so rude except for two tamara and jennifer, they were both very understanding and they actually listened and tried tosolve your problems, i only went to jennifer because if i needed anything i knew it would get done and if she wasnt there i went to tamara but for some odd reason sheryl, the manager rehired so nasty people in place of jennifer, bad move on her part. the manager herself never helps anyone but herself shes rude and she just doesnt care about anyone if it doesnt concern her. if you are thinking about moving here dont its horrible move to phoenix the people are nicer !!!!

We almost made the mistake of moving here... when we first looked into The Moorings we were greeted by Tamara; it was such a pleasant experience. When we went back to submit our paperwork Tamara and the other sweet girl (don't know her name) were gone. That's when we met rude, abrasive, Sheryl-----... we couldn't get out of there fast enough... only thing that slowed us down was that we wanted to hear the rest of the maintenance man's complaints about being too afraid to replace one of the resident's flood-ruined carpets because the resident and his guests were drinking beer and carrying guns... hmmm... do we want these to be our new neighbors and our new staff?? Adios!
