Love the Moorings

I've lived at The Moorings for 5 years and I love it!! The apartment complex is about 20 years old but I've known residence that have lived here for 18 years! I plan on staying for at least another 10 years.
The apartments were originally designed as condo but were rented as apartments prior to the going on the market.
The apartments are very big.
Upstairs units have 3 balconies all units come with a wet bar and fireplace.
The current Staff seems competent although it seems that they could do a better job at the screening of new tenants.
Too many $199 Move in specials have a tendency to lure in bad residence.
The area is declining in general and the complex could spend a little more cash back into the complex, recently it appears that they are doing just that.
My rent has stayed constant over the last 3 years, I pay about 825.00 a month which includes my pet rent.
I've searched for apartments in this area and I Love the Moorings and sincerely would not want to live any where else for any amount of money.
