It's not that bad.

This place is not that bad.

I lived here for about 3 years.

I go to ASU and it is perfect for others in the same situation I am in.

It is perfect for singles and college students.

It is fairly cheap especially for the size.

It is a little over 1200 sqft and only cost about $800 per month.

We were able to get a full size pool table in the living room and still managed to fit a big screen TV and a few couches in there.

The master bedroom is huge and has ample closet space although there is not walk-in.

The 2nd bedroom is decent in size.

Both rooms have acess to the back balcony.

The place has three balconies, a fireplace and a built in wetbar.

There are washer and dryer hookups as well.

There are a ton of windows and huge ceilings.

These features also led to high elcetricities bills in the summer.

It was almost impossible to keep the living room cool in the summer.

We had multiple problems with our AC, but they always sent someone in a reasonable amount of time.

My roomates car was actually stolen from the community, and I have had several neighbors had thier cars broken into.

Nobody ever touched my vehicle and mine was nicer than most.

Overall the experience was good.

We have had several parties and the cops never came.

They were more likely dealing with the crime in the surrounding areas.

This community is slowly falling down hill since it start excepting section 8 housing.
