If you move here you will be sorry. It is true that it takes them forever to fix things. And even when they do, there is no promise that it will be done right. I too have experienced a flood. When the maintenance guy called back he asked if it was something that need to be fixed that night! The carpet in my bedroom was SOAKED, and my pantry and kitchen were flooded. My front door doesn't close properly and the door frame looks like the door has been kicked in before. These apartments are so horrible that 7 apartments around mine have been vacated. 4 of them were vacated at night. I also have a problem with ants in the summer. Last summer I had them spray 4 times and it seems like it didn't make a difference. My back patio is overrun with spiders and the millons of cats that roam the property. I also had them spray for the spiders and it still did not make a difference. The car break-ins are increasing. It so bad that my neighbors car was broken into in the middle of the day. My husband almost ran over 30 kids. It almost seems like they wait for a car to approach before they dodge out infront of it. The gate situation became so bad that they just made the entrance an exit too. I hate this place and can't wait to move.
