Lousy Management

They have had a pest control compnay come out two times and there is still evidence of bedbugs which the management is stating we brought into the apt. I find that hard to believe since we were there for 4 months prior to being bitten. I went to the doctor and was told I had bedbug bites. I didn't even know that they existed in this day and age. It is disgusting. What is even worse is the management said they are going to charge us for the pest control! I have never ever heard of such a thing.
My doctor said the bedbugs can live up to one year in the walls prior to eating again.
Also, the refrigerator leaks and they will not replace it.
There was a plumbing problem and it took approximately 4 weeks to fix it.
The hot water heater keeps flipping the switch to cold. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

we had lived in the apartments since 2004, and we had several issues. the front office is EXTREMELY rude and always had excuses why things were not fixed, (e.i. pools, and jacuzzi) didn't work for most of the entire time we lived there. the swat team was at the apartments on several occasions and actually escorted me back to my apartment one evening before they raided the apartment below us. children were allowed to run free everywhere including the jacuzzi's which they aren't suppose to be in without adult supervision. they came to redo all the porches and balconies and did a horrible job. nails protruding from the flooring i had to pound in myself to keep me from ripping my foot open when i went onto the deck. THIS IS AN AWEFUL PLACE TO LIVE. It's really too bad because the apartments inside are designed very nicely, but we had bites and rashes the whole time we were there, and since moving that has all gone away. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY........
