Thinking of moving to the park

If you think of moving into the Parkside Apartments you will be better off moving into the park across the street, This place is run down, they control the heat & air (when its working) in the middle of the summer the air in my unit went out .. it was just a switch you could pickup at the nearest hardware store yet it took over 2 weeks for them to get, and this was during the summer...... the new manager here is rude & the security guy doesnt do his job, it is roach infested, some of the people that live here are verry nice though .. but use this place as your last .... & I mean verry last resort & when you move in let them know right away if anything is broken & it may get fixed before your lease is up, ive been waiting for my fans & garbage disposal to get fixed for about 6 months now ..... goodluck
