A Living Nightmare... From: rbouley Date posted: 2/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   From the first day we moved in we have had nothing but problems stemming from no air conditioning(not working), no water, Leaky roof that damaged $2000.00 worth of electronics, black mold growing in bedrooms and storage areas where roof fell in and walls were water damaged, discrepancy list we filled out when we moved in had a minimum of 12 hits or problems if you will in the Apt. that, in a six month period, not one was fixed, Very poor management who are terrible people to have to deal with and we also feel we have been discriminated against also because we are white living in a mexican community. Just a horrible experience.
